Compact (Packaged) Boilers

Water-tube boilers are manufactured in two types as industry type and compact (packaged) type with single drum or double drums. Water tube boilers working under high-pressure consists of radiation and convection heating surfaces.

There is a combustion chamber in the boiler and given the fact that same will run through being disposed to pressure from all sides foregoing are manufactured be being closed from all sides and tightly. Pipe system is typically designed vertically in type boilers and additional carriers are not employed.

Boilers are manufactured with gas-tight diaphragm wall type of welding and having walls with finned pipe with the strength to resist against pressure in the boiler and the combustion chamber. The material used in boilers steel are alloy material resistant against high pressure and temperature as specified in DIN 17175 and 17155 standards.

Weldings are made by opening the welding groove in accordance with the principles of DIN standard, X-ray films of the parts stipulated in designing terms are taken subsequent to fabrication and boilers are subjected to heat treatment.

Boilers are designed as liquid-fuel (fuel oil), solid-fuel (coal, lignite, wood chips) and gas- fuel according to demand. Strength computations are carried out in accordance with TRD, DIN, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code 1.
